Privacy policy

Who we are

Yorke Pest Control Ltd (company number 03632081) is a pest control company based in Brentford, working across West London and Surrey.

If you have any questions about this policy or the details we hold about you, email info@yorkepest.com or call 0208 568 3092.

What we collect

When you send us an enquiry through our website we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, postcode and a description of the pest problem.

We don't use tracking cookies or analytics on this site, and we don't collect anything else about your visit.

Why we collect it

We use your details for one purpose only: to respond to your enquiry, provide a quote and carry out any pest control work you book with us.

This is us providing a service you've asked for, which is the lawful basis we rely on under UK GDPR.

Who we share it with

Your enquiry is emailed to our info@yorkepest.com inbox so our team can reply to you. We never sell, rent or share your details with anyone else for marketing purposes.

We may pass your details to a technician attending your property, and only what's needed for the job.

How long we keep it

Enquiries we don't end up working on are deleted from our inbox after 12 months.

If you become a customer, we keep a record of the work we did for you for up to 6 years, as this may be needed for warranty claims, insurance or tax records.

Google reviews

We link to reviews left on our Google Business profile. Those reviews are public and are handled under Google's own privacy policy. If you'd like a review you left removed, contact Google directly.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct anything that's wrong, or ask us to delete your details. Email info@yorkepest.com and we'll sort it — you won't be charged.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, though we'd appreciate the chance to put it right first.
